Apparently a Toledo Police Department employee has been investigated for performing an illegal search of information on Joe Wurzelbacher's background.

Given how much hue and cry has been raised over possible intrusions of privacy under the Patriot Act, I'm surprised there hasn't been more of a response from the Left to the way every detail about his life was publicly laid bare by the media.

Well, I'm not surprised. But you know what I mean.
